Welcome to
PurpleBubba's Mall

A mall themed site with mall themed content and links
to mall type stores. I have always liked malls for some
reason. Maybe it's the architecture with the high ceilings
and large columns. Or perhaps it's the other features
such as fountains or glass elevators. When I was a child
in the 80's most malls had more than one toy store or
department store with a toy section. I did not get toys
on every visit but I was allowed to browse. When I started
this site in June 08 I started to look up some of the malls
I had been to only to find out that some are no longer
around or almost empty. So one reason for my site is to
hopefully link to some sites that feature historical
information about malls past or present. I have started
working on a directory of malls
in the links section.
Maybe I can inspire some new mall fans to visit some
older declining malls before they are gone too. I also
like the video games where I get to design and run
malls so I decided to make a Virtual Mall. Since there
are probably other mall fans I have also included a Forum
for discussing their favorite malls, stores, or related topics.

or outside of a mall. I've included the filming locations
based on looking them up online. Hopefully I have the
correct information. Some movies I have seen & some
